I appreciated the cleanliness of my room, which was compact but met my needs, and the air conditioning kept the temperature comfortable during my stay. However, I noticed the mattress needed replacing, as it felt uneven, and the lift was painfully slow, barely accommodating two people, prompting many to take the stairs instead. The room could also benefit from additional soundproofing, as street noise could be disruptive at times. Overall, a solid choice for a short visit with some areas for improvement.

The Rio is in an excellent location, just a two-minute walk from the Duomo and conveniently near the Metro. My room was small but impeccably clean with a surprisingly spacious bathroom. The staff were helpful, promptly answering all my questions and assisting when needed. Additionally, the breakfast, while not extensive, was adequate to start the day. Overall, it's great value considering the centrality and cleanliness of the hotel.
